Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take?

Please note that due to COVID-19, there may be some shipping delays.

For products other than t-shirts, sometimes our turnaround time can be a little longer than normal based on stock levels. We will always provide you with updates on any possible delays.



For Aussies:
Standard Shipping - Orders will usually take 8-15 working days with standard shipping. Metropolitan areas are always fastest with Australia Post.
Express Shipping - Orders will usually take 6-15 working days with standard shipping. Metropolitan areas are always fastest with Australia Post.

For International Orders: Orders will usually take 2-8 weeks with DHL Global Mail.

How much does the shipping cost?

For Aussies:
Australia Post Standard Shipping
- We have free standard shipping for our customers in Australia.
Australia Post Express Shipping - We have flat rate express shipping of A$14 and orders above A$200 are eligible for free express shipping for our customers in Australia.

For International Orders:
DHL Global Mail:
We have flat rate shipping of A$10 for our customers around the world and Free International Shipping for orders above A$120

Do you ship worldwide?

We sure do! If you're outside Australia, we offer flat-rate worldwide shipping for A$10 and Free International Shipping for orders above A$120. In terms of delivery time, you're looking at 2-8 weeks (it'll be worth the wait).

How can I track my order?

Yes, all our orders come with tracking numbers to give you MORE peace of mind. You can track your order here.

Customs & Fees?

Orders being shipped outside of Australia may be subject to customs or duty fees. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Just Print Co.
For any issues regarding customs or duty fees, please contact your local customs office.

No order or shipping notification?

99% of the time, it's due to our email notifications being sent to your spam inbox. To fix this, simply add hello@justprintco.com to your contacts list.

Returns & exchanges

What is your exchange policy?

Since we care about the environment, we only print to order hence we only issue refunds or exchange items if they are defective or damaged.
Strictly no change of mind refunds or exchanges.

Make sure the item you have selected is the correct size.
Sizing charts can be found at the bottom of each item description.

If you need to exchange your item, send us an email at hello@justprintco.com and we will take care of it.

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I ship my order back to you?

Easy done! Get in touch with us at hello@justprintco.com and we will send you details on how to return products back to us. Please not sale items will not be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Product & sizing

How do I find my size?

On every product page, you'll see a size chart below the item description. Simply follow the instructions and find your perfect size. If you need any further assistance, feel free to get in touch at hello@justprintco.com

How do I wash my apparel?

Your apparel should last a long time with a little love and tender care. Always, the first thing to do is turn them inside out. Machine washing is totally fine but try to make sure it's a cold wash and gentle cycle. You can also throw them in the dryer but it's better to air dry. There will be some minor shrinkage after washing, which is standard cotton 101.

Where are your products made?

All T-Shirts, Hoodies and Sweatshirts are printed, packed and posted from Melbourne, Australia. The garments are designed by AS Color and ethically manufactured in Bangladesh. one of the largest garment production capitals in the world.

While we would like to use all-Australian products this is unfortunately not possible due to the costs involved and the lack of local manufacturers that exist these days.

Please note that because of the COVID-19 situation, some of the apparels were might have been produced in different countries.

How often do you release new designs?

We add fresh designs every month! If you want to keep up-to-date, subscribe to our emails and follow us on social for the latest prints.

Can I get a design on different product?

Sure you can get a design on a different colored product or different styled product if we have them available in stock. Just email us and we'll customise the order to your liking! If you like something printed on an other product, we can do that too. Just hit us up at hello@justprintco.com

Can you print pocket-sized designs?

If you prefer certain designs printed smaller in the top left corner of the shirt, we do that too. Just get in touch with us at hello@justprintco.com

Do you do custom orders?

We sure can do a custom design just for you. Or if you have a certain design,  just contact us at hello@justprintco.com and we will help you out. We also welcome corporate orders and we can help you out with bulk orders too.

Payments

Do you have Buy Now Pay Later?

Yes we do have Klarna & Afterpay available!

What payments methods do you offer?

Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, AfterPay, Klarna plus the usual Mastercard and Visa.

Environment

How do you print your clothes?

All Just Print Co apparel is printed on demand, which eliminates the waste commonly caused by over-production in the fashion & apparel industry. We currently run Aeoon DTG printer & Brother Printers, which create vibrant, retail-quality, soft-to-touch DTG prints using Oeko-Tex and GOTS certified quality inks, which are non-hazardous, non-toxic and biodegradable. We have purpose-built processes to ensure each customer journey is smooth from order to fulfillment.

What about your packaging?

We are currently running a trial to use compost packaging on some orders, and this will be implemented on all orders soon.
